Cooperation With University

Information about every subject is rapidly growing and of course is consumed at the same speed in our era. So according to our company's views the most important means to turn information into production is the cooperation between university and industry.

Our company is in cooperation with the university in order to cook foods faster and more healthily without losing their values, to store the foods in more hygienic conditions, to transfer and serve them by using technological equipment and applying modern cooking methods. Following all the international norms and innovations to be practiced in food safety chain from goods purchase to the fork without breaking it, training and practicing are our as well objectives to form a cooperation with university.

Our company has been carrying out collective projects on increasing food safety and product quality and has been working on the practice of these together with The Department of Food Engineering of Uludağ Üniversitesi
