THygiene is the absolute and unchangeable parameter in respect of hygiene and food safety in catering. The most important guarantee in providing hygiene in business is doing danger analyses in food production and conforming to HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) which is based on establishing critical control points and preventing dangers. So that is called Food Safety Management System.

In order to carry out safety food production in our company, all the food safety principles of HACCP are applied carefully throughout the production process. All our system is managed with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and good business management practices.
