Disinfection

Our company applies insecticides against insects and rodents, which are unhealthy for humans and the environment, in all the production kitchens that it works with. Our partners who have the certificates of authority of Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs apply pest prevention by using a followup system that involves knowledge, observation, equipment, reporting and disinfection. This pest prevention is applied according to HACCP principles including the production and service spots based on establishing CCP (Critical Control Points) and keeping these points under control.

The program starts with a preresearch visit in order to determine about the disinfection content. After establishing the pest prevention system, the control of rodents, insects and flying insects are made, and the control of the system is made by follow-up visits. Thus all the points are controlled efficiently.

The disinfection and control dates in businesses are determined within a monthly-planning for pest prevention. This period is reduced to once a week when a new season comes.

Insecticides that are approved of by WHO (World Health Organization) are used in pest prevention and they are harmless to humans and foods.
