Our company, who has adopted continuous development and improvement as a motto, built its R&D department in order to apply all modern innovations, to discover new tastes, to develop the cooking methods and to adapt the modern equipment designs to Turkish Cuisine.

R&D team involves an operation leader, food expert, hygiene quality guarantee representative and a cook. This department's members gather regularly and taste the new foods and create new designs

We also develop cooking methods which aim to protect protein, fat and carbohydrate values. Furthermore we increase the food quality, taste and cooking performance by using modern equipment during the production processes.
