Staff health is one of the most important rings in the food safety chain. Humans are actively on duty in every step of food production and service which ranges from raw food purchase to preparation processes, from production to dispatch and service. Considering that food health is directly related to human health, employing the staff who have sufficient health criteria and who are well-qualified, and who keep healthy during the working period is very important for healthy diet.

The candidate staff members are demanded to provide microfilms that involve the control of the lungs and also throat, nose and faecal culture before getting employed. They can start work after they are found suitable according to the results of these.

These examinations (microfilming and throat, nose and faecal culture) are done annually and microscopic examinations of faeces are done semiannually.

And only the staff members who meet the health criteria can go on with their work. Apart from these legal examinations the staff members' health is controlled by the examination made by our corporation doctor annually
