Suppliers' Criteria

The use of quality raw food is the first and most important condition to produce quality meals. Our company, who aims to make quality and reliable production, works with subcontractors who can supply reliable and quality raw food and who have HACCP certificates.

The candidate suppliers who want to work with us are visited by "The Team of Hygiene, Quality, Reliability and Purchasing". The technical and hygienic conditions are observed in their production departments. Suitable companies are accepted for a trial period. In this period if the companies receive the determined limit points, they are included in the Accepted Supplier List (ASL) and they are visited by the inspection team at least twice a year in this period.

Good acceptance and input product spectrum are described and raw food purchase is performed according to those criteria. Any product not conforming to HACCP is not accepted.
